PLASTICS :

The plastics division of Atmaram Maneklal Industries Ltd., (Formerly) Pari Plast Pvt. Ltd. joined the Group in the year 1986, with the aim of meeting the ever increasing demands of Cement, Fertilizer, Chemical and Dyestuff Industries with its Poly Propylene (PP) Woven Bags, High Density Poly-Ethylene (HDPE) Woven Bags and Poly Propylene/ High Density Poly-Ethylene (HDPE) laminated Woven Bags.

The efficiency of this division of AMIL can be adjudged with the fact that Mr. Mukul A. Shah (Exec. Director) of the division has been appraised with the Udyog Rattan Award by Institute of Economic Studies for excellence in Business.

The Plant located at Dholka - 40 kms from Ahmedabad Gujarat, is equipped with 2 extruders , 55 circular weaving machines, 18 stitching machines and 5 printing machines manned by a workforce of over 300 employees.

It churns out between 3 & 3.5 million system and customised bags every month. The annual turnover of Plastics Division accrues to more than 2500 tons and values to more than 18 million. To enhance the quality of the end product, the company has now installed CORONA TREATERS for fine binding of ink, thereby enabling superb (Smudge free) printing on the sacks. The end - product gets loaded only after strict quality tests on the denier - testing machines, strength - test equipment as well as the weighing machines which is well equipped in the laboratory section. Besides the production process, AMIL represent National Organic Chemicals India Limited (NOCIL) as their agent for HDPE Raffia, Blow moulding & Pipe-grades.
